All our products are crafted in small batches by the brands we work with, please pay attention to the estimated crafting time highlighted on each product page. We encourage our clients to order ahead of time so we can continue to ensure the sustainability of production, avoid any fashion waste, and guarantee the uniqueness of each item. 

ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

By completing the checkout process on the checkout page, you are offering to purchase the products from us. After your check-out on our platform, the order will be considered as pre-order, and as such still not confirmed. Each brand has 48 hours to send changes or cancellations to us, if no changes are made, then we will process your order and send you a notification about it. Please note that any cancellation request submitted after 24 hours from the order’s confirmation won’t be accepted as your order will be sent to the necessary brand to proceed with production.

SHIPPING FEES, TAX AND DUTIES

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $350.00 only in the Continental USA.. This FREE shipping will automatically be applied to your cart at checkout. The FREE shipping rate applies to Economy Shipping only (5-8 business days - please not this is added to the crafting time).

Shipping costs are charged at checkout based on the rates provided by our various global courier partners and are different based on location. The customer is responsible for the payment of any import taxes and all other non-customs-related local sales taxes. 

Some products are tagged “To be crafted” because the brands that we work with need to create your order from scratch. Please note that you can check the crafting time in the product page and when your order is ready to be shipped, we will send an email with specific tracking information for your package(s). Some items will be shipped directly from the brands your ordered from. Please note that the delivery period varies depending on your location and can be longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other unexpected causes.

 PAYMENT TERMS

Love, Funmi accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit card: when you place orders online, Credit Card details are entered into a protected online banking system provided by Shop Pay. Visa, Mastercard, American Express are accepted
  • PayPal: We accepts payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified PayPal account is registered with. 

ATTEMPTED DELIVERY OR WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS PROVIDED 

 In the event of you supplying a wrong delivery address, you will need to contact us within 24hrs to rectify this immediately. We will do our utmost best to change the address if the item has not been dispatched. If, however, a wrong delivery address has been supplied and the item gets resent back to us, we will resend this for you but additional shipping cost will be incurred by you. If it gets returned because of a wrong address and you no longer wish to receive the item, we will be issue you a refund, excluding the shipping costs.

Occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, bad weather or postal strikes). If this happens, we will contact you and, where possible and appropriate, will agree to a revised delivery date with you and a tracking # will be sent to you.
